Stored in this browser only
Files stay on this device/browser. No synchronization. No automatic backup. Keep your own copies. Deleting the app or browser data, or losing the device, can permanently erase your files.
- This browser can delete the vault without asking: clearing site data or history, closing a private window, low disk space or storage eviction. Safari may remove data of sites you have not used for 7 days.
- There is no passphrase recovery. If you forget it, nobody can decrypt these documents.
- Back up now saves an encrypted file that you keep yourself. It is the only way to get these documents back after this browser data is gone, or to move them to another browser or phone.
